DIALOGUE WITH IMPACT

In 2030, around 60 percent of the world’s population will live in cities. By 2050, this figure will be around 73 percent. In Europe and the USA, the figure is already around 70 percent. The number of megacities, i.e. cities with more than ten million inhabitants, is increasing. Most of them are located in the Global South. Urbanisation will lead to a profound change in food production, as these megacities can no longer be supplied with healthy, fresh and affordable food from the surrounding areas alone. In the future, food production will have to go to where the consumers are – to the cities themselves. Foodtropolis by Global Food Summit is dedicated to this transformation process.

We develop strategic positioning, arguments and positions for start-ups, companies, associations and international organisations. The aim is to increase the acceptance of novel food in society and support the transformation process. With our digital science congresses “Sci-Cress” in particular, we reach global decision-makers and multipliers in a targeted manner. Our large network of experts is at your disposal.
