The Global Food Summit organizes the HORIZONTE magazine publication event together with the German Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech).

Publication of the third edition of acatech HORIZONTE "Sustainable Agriculture".

Resource-conserving innovations are necessary to secure our food supply in the future as well. The topic of sustainable agriculture in its ecological, economic and social dimensions is therefore the subject of the new acatech publication HORIZONTE, and the discussion event in cooperation with the Global Food Summit in Munich on 3 December 2019.

It will be discussed to what extent the dimensions of sustainable agriculture influence each other and which conflicts of objectives can arise. The aim is to discuss levers that each individual actor can use to ensure greater sustainability. In addition, the potential of various (modern) methods that can efficiently support us in achieving sustainable agriculture will also be presented.
